WILD PITCHES- B.Sheets
At the ballpark, the Chainsaw fans witnessed a great pitcher's duel. Ben
Sheets(12-8) finally bested his Chainsaw opposite, Josh Towers(4-5), by the
score of 2 to 1.
Sheets was in control of the game from the outset. He didn't give up much,
just 5 hits and 2 walks in 8 innings. Chainsaw threatened in the 9th but
Tampico was able to put down the rally.
Sheets got help from Jason Frasor who earned his 10th save. Towers was given
the loss. He gave up 2 runs and 4 hits in 5 and 2/3 innings.
